Mexico City Things to Do: 829 reviews and 1,315 photos

Thanks to a dream of Mexican businessman Manuel Suarez, there was built Hotel de Mexico in the Parque de la Palma. The construction began in 1974, but the project was interrupted until 1990, when it was remodeled and completed by World Trade Center international organization. The building finally was inaugurated in 1994.
Considered one of the most important buildings of this city from a technical point of view, the WTC has 52 floors and is more than 230m high. On top it has got a circular construction composed of dseveral platforms. On the rotating platform it has a restaurant, Bellini's, which is famous for its view.
The WTC komplex also contains Cinemex movie theates, a department store, offices, a telecommunications tower as well as a huge exhibition center.
