  View from the Esplanade

The strip along the Esplanade is mostly Hotels such as the Holiday Inn, the Seville and upper style housing.

Accross the street the park has walking trails, memorial sites, lookouts and views that can include spectacular sunsets.

At the southern end is the Anzac War Memorial, at the northern end is Aquascene, where you can hand-feed a variety of fish species at high tide.

I will always remember Bicentennial park for being my place of solitude and absolute need to get away. I often would find a quiet spot and watch the many other passers by and sunset watchers and take time out there to just relax at the end of a working day.
