  Hosteria del Laurel
by Rafa73

Narrow and winding streets make a perfect "maze" to get lost! Enjoy a walk in this historic medieval quarter. A real must-see in Sevilla.
According to the myth, Don Juan chased ladies (and was chased by authorities, because most of these ladies were married!) in these very streets. In this picture you can see the Hosteria del Laurel. It is said that the Spanish writer Zorrilla was inspired by this hostel to write his famous play Don Juan Tenorio (1844), and part of Don Juan's adventures take place there too.

Address: Located between the Cathedral and University bdlng
Directions: From the Alcazar main entrance make a right turn. Right at Plaza de la Alianza, start exploring
