"LIFE'S A BEACH :)" Top 5 Page for this destination Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Things to Do Tip by Siddha3th

  Corbyn's Cove afternoon
by Siddha3th

And now to Corbyn's Cove itself. Sun-kissed, coconut-fringed, twice-blessed. With golden sands and azure waters. Dive into its waves at the heart of summer, and it's as though the water reaches right into your soul to give you a boost of life. The entire beach is dotted with tall coconut trees, the ideal place under which to sun-bathe. During the monsoons, which the Andamans experience between May to October, the waves rise high enough to allow for some gentle surfing. There is a resort and restaurant nearby, both of whose names I forget. But they're right at the beach, so it's not like you'll miss them :) Also, try and make it during full moon nights, for an unforgettable bout of lunar fever.

Directions: Roughly 15 minutes from Aberdeen Bazaar in the heart of Port Blair.
