Favorite thing: Great location for swimming and other water sports. There is unfortunately a charge to use the facilities (umbrella, beds, shower, etc.) however it is cleaner than most of the beaches. It's impossible to miss it, as there is a huge monument built in remembrance for the soldiers who lost their lives during 1974 right by. The Escape Beach is located in Karaoglanoglu, about 5 miles west of Kyrenia.
