"Seward Highway" Alaska Transportation Tip by Scandic
Alaska Transportation: 119 reviews and 122 photos
There are not many road in thw world as scenery and spectacular as Seward Highway in Alaska is.
This 127-mile road, linking Anchorage with Seward, passes through some of the most spectacular scenery in the country. The landscape varies from the muddy waters of Turnagain Arm to the icy blue glaciers that hang almost to the sea. Wildflowers and waterfalls brighten every corner of the road as it glides below rough mountains that pierce thick, heavy clouds.
And yes, everytime this road is as amazing a sfor the first time. I may have seen eagles every single time there, but always the surprise me with their size and pride. And the dallsheeps with their families, going on the cliffs.
Do not hurry on this road, enjoy it and be sure that you put every scenery to your heart.
