Gangs of youths at intersections who try to wash the windows of your car. They will dump dirty water on your windshield and demand money. They do not understand the word 'NO'.
Advice: Turn on your wipers and firmly move your index finger while saying 'No Traigo Dinero'-I don't have any money right now.

The main road to Playa Miramar has a railroad crossing and intersection with several heavily traveled roads in Ciudad Madero. The are no traffic lights or RR warnings. Be on guard. This is an exremely hazardous intersection. Many petrol tankers cross here, adding to the danger.
