"Watching the world go by" Iwokrama Mountains Favorite Tip by grets

Favorite thing: On our only free afternoon on the entire two week trip, we spent the time sitting on the terrace of the Field Station, watching the world go by.

Fondest memory: Over lunch the heavens had opened, but by the time we had finished eating, the rain had stopped and the sun was trying to break through. As the afternoon approached and the shadows were getting longer, a beautiful rainbow appeared over the water. We all rushed to see if we could find the pot of gold, but to no avail.
