Although you probably won't want to stay here it's well worth a visit even if it's just to say you've been to the end of the world!

You get an unspoilt view of the Atlantic, though parking can be very difficult and it's often very windy!

Finsterre is located at the top of the Costa da Morte (coast of death) so named because of the amount of shipwrecks that have happened here! When the sun isn't shining this can be an unforgiving and rocky coastline. When I visited in Easter it was the contrary: Calm, blue and sunny. I think I was Lucky. Though I think it would have been interesting to see when it was wild and moody. Think of the atmospheric photos you could take!

Directions: Near O'Pindo North East From Santiago on the coast.
