LA PARROQUIA II.: "LA PARROQUIA II." Mexico Restaurant Tip by wbozic

Mexico Restaurants: 166 reviews and 105 photos

The coffee is served in a tall glass and milk is poured into the glass by waiters in white coats. Refills are made by tapping the glass softly with a spoon. Even if you do not like coffee, you must try it at least once. This is a great spot for people watching and relaxing. Vendors and musicians a very active at night. (We had so much fun we forgot to take a picture for VT)

Favorite Dish: Cafe con Leche (Coffee with Milk) You can order food, but really this is a coffee place.

Directions: Insurgentes #340, near Malecon, Vera Cruz, Vera Cruz
with view of the Malecon and harbor.
