Pauliner Straße (Street) IMO is one of Goettingen's nicest streets being lined with beautiful half-timbered houses. The houses are not very ornamental, but still very, very nice and authentic. Some of them are actually student dorms... I think it's great to have a combination of these old traditional dwellings and young people living in them acquiring state of the art knowledge in their sciences.
