"Benjamin "Bugsy" Segal's Flamingo" Flamingo Hotel Tip by caz400

Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas: 1 reviews and 1 photos

The name "Flamingo Hotel" has survived since the 1940s era of the Las Vegas Strip devolopment, but in 1993 the Hilton Corporation razed the motel style building to the ground and built a $104 million tower addition on that site, but there are still the plastic flamingos in the gardens and pool area.
In the Gardens at the rear of the hotel is a monument and the only reference in Las Vegas to its Mafia History and Bugsy Segal the man who started the dice rolling.
