This huge bronze sculpture was designed by Henry Moore and sits outside Dallas City Hall. The piece was completed in 1978 and is supposed to symbolise ?the city's assertion of its stature as a major metropolitan center?. In 1997 the sculpture underwent restoration and rededication.
