"Église Saint Maclou, the 5 portals" Top 5 Page for this destination ARCHITECTURE Tip by JLBG

ARCHITECTURE, Rouen: 41 reviews and 41 photos

Favorite thing: The église Saint Maclou is a charming church, built in "gothique flamboyant" style between 1437 and 1517. It is very homogeneous. Its front is very special with five portals, fan shaped. However, the outermost portals are "blind". Each door has been completely carved with many figures that I will come back to describe in details.
