Victoria Harbor gives the city of Hong Kong much of its character and many of its picturesque images. The harbor is always busy with ferries, a few barges, and even an occasional sampan or two. The best views of the harbor are from Kowloon and Central, but nothing beat taking the Star Ferry between Kowloon and the island.
