Other Churches, Vienna: 24 reviews and 57 photos

The Church of San Charles Borromeo (Karlskirche) is one of most beautiful churches that you can see in the city of Vienna. This church it was built to a votive promise make by Emperor Charles VI during the time of plague wich claimed more than 8.000 victims in the city in 1713.It was built in Ghotic and Romanesque architecture and is one of most beatiful buildings in the city.

Now is another place not to be missed during your visit to Vienna, together with St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdome).I didn't had the time to visit this cathedral,so I don't have a picture of it.
