  Ballybunion beach with ruins
by himalia11

Ballybunion is situated at the Mouth of the Shannon in North-Kerry. There?s a beautiful long sandy beach with some cliffs north of it and Ballybunion Castle. The castle is on a cliff and was built in the 14th century. Unfortunately only a wall is left, so there?s not much to see, but depending from where you watch it, this single wall looks interesting.

Directions: North-Kerry, about 20 miles north of Tralee.
