I'm not sure what the building was before it became La Fiesta, maybe a bank. But step inside and you are transported to any given Mexican chain in the southwest.

Favorite Dish: Coming from Arizona, we know our Mexican food. La Fiesta does a pretty good job. But for us accustomed to the Sonoran style, La Fiesta doesn't cut it. My chilie relleno apperared to be a bell pepper, and my husband's dish was so unmemorable he can't remember what he had. The local hispanics we saw dining there were eating hamburgers.
But again, this is my Sonoran opinion. There were many unfamiliar items on the menu which may have been the house specialties, but we, stuck in our ways, were not wiling to try them. Considering the rave reviews I have read in the weeks following our visit, this was to our disadvantage.
There were some stale chips at the bottom of our basket, but the salsa was terrific!!
