The Bridge of Remembrance has been built to remember Canterbury's participation in World War I. This location was chosen since all the soldiers left the city for war over this bridge, the Cashel Bridge. The bridge was unveiled at the end of 1924 after almost 2 years of hard work.

Address: Cashel Street Bridge
Directions: The bridge is on Cashel Street and connects Oxford and Cambridge Terrace
