Robert Falcon Scott statue on Oxford Terrace

If you start your walk aorund the city you have to go to the Botanical Gardens first, at least if it's a nice day. On you way you cross Oxford Terrace. There are a lot of nice pubs and restaurants here, but all of them are quite expensive, so avoid them and take a look instead at the Robert Falcon Scott statue. In 1912 this man returned from a South Pole expedition! If the day is nice and you happen to have abook with you read a chapter or two beside the river Avon here.

Address: Oxford Terrace
Directions: Corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street
