Camping in Yosemite Valley is limited and crowded. Two of the five campgrounds were destroyed in a winter storm. The remaining Valley campgrounds are North Pines, Upper Pines and Lower Pines.
Additional campsites are available near the south entrance and near Crane Flat and Big Oak Flat.
Reservations are available through the national park service up to five months in advance.
