Pula, decorated house in ulica Sergijevaca

They do not seem to represent any religious figures. If you enlarge the picture, you will see that it looks as if they were three women (three sisters owning the house ?). One, on the right is handling a drum. The one in the center holds an object that I would call a truncheon if she was a knight ! I found out that it might be a sistrum, a percussion instrument borrowed to ancient Egypt but widely used in Europe in the Middle Ages. On the left, the third does not hold anything but is the only one that wears a cape. It is unlikely that it might be a musical group performing in this house ? I would like to know more on this amazing carving !
