Horseshoe Bay, Vancouver: 1 reviews and 1 photos

  Horseshoe Bay
by rmdw

At the extreme western edge of Vancouver's North Shore is a small community called Horseshoe Bay. It's perhaps most famous for a ferry terminal that occupies much of its harbour, but there is much more to do there than just taking a boat.

In Horseshoe Bay you will find numerous restaurants, interesting shops, and a variety of walking paths, some down by the water and others up the nearby hills.

Here's a live webcam of the village!

Directions: I would recommend taking the Upper Levels (main highway) to get there and then the Lower Levels to get back to West Vancouver, before heading across to Vancouver.
