The Foster Cabin is one of the largest log houses and one of the last surviving plantation homes left in Texas today which dates back to the mid 19th century.

You can see the Victorian Parlour which is furnished with artefacts from the Foster family. In the hallway there are changing displays which cover life in Texas in the 19th century.

There has been a sighting of a female apparition in the Foster Cabin with over-powering presences in an upstairs bedroom and the smell of lilacs.
