The Log Cabin Village is set in a part of Trinity Park on University Ave. There are seven fully restored 19th century cabins set up portraying life as it was back then. There are volunteers in each of the cabins willing and happy to explain life as it was and the various functions of the furnishings. The area is very woody and tranquil and just a delight to walk around. Demonstrations are held of the everyday activities of this era from corn grinding to candle dripping, spinning and weaving.

There is a small Admission and children under 4 are free.

Open hours: 1pm-5pm Sun; 9am-5pm Tues-Fri; 10am-5pm Sat

Address: 2100 Log Cabin Village Lane
Directions: (Off University Drive)
