The Exhibits hall is in the Will Rogers Memorial Complex. It was designed and constructed to replace a smaller aging hall and incorporates the exhibits hall, Round Up Inn, meeting rooms and Stock Show offices. There is underground parking for the exhibits hall.

In front of this entrance is a statue memorialising the famous bucking horse "Midnight."
