  'When Harry Met Sally'.

Go to the theatre when in London and boost flagging sales. There are so many great shows to see and it really doesn't cost much. To get cheap tickets, go to the theatre an hour before the show starts, and ask for tickets at the box office. Usually you can go earlier in the day to ask if they'll have tickets for the evening's performance. We saw a MATT DAMON show - 25, 'Anything Goes' 10 and 'Mama Mia' 10, this way. Don't pay full price because most shows are not fully booked and there are nearly always seats available. Unless of course the show's just come out. If you're not fussed out the show, see something that's been out a while. 'Tonight's the Night', the Rod Stewart musical, which I saw 31/08/04, was half empty but a great show.

I've never gotten tickets from a TICKETS booth, like the one in Leicester Sq., but going straight to the theatre and asking for reduced price tickets has always been successful for me and the seats have always been fab.
