Truely "competitive" price [means not skyrocket :D], clean room and comfy.
Unique Qualities: Tibetan receptionist who always smile but talking in Hindi, "Namaste jee" [since I want to hear she says something in Tibetan way :)]. Nice lobby, nice bellboy, laid back and big picture of Dalai Lama in the lobby, so everybody can take picture next to him :)
