Rocky Mountain Diner: "Don't Miss the Buffalo Meatloaf" Denver Restaurant Tip by JJBlondie

Denver Restaurants: 220 reviews and 166 photos

Watch out for lunch, this place gets crowded. But the wait is worth it. The portions are large, the food always good. They have large booths for large groups, or you can sit solo at the bar and eat lunch as well, or sit on the small patio in the summer and watch the worker bees go by. Its a diner in a not-so-diner kind of way located in downtown Denver across from the Courthouse (the old one).

Favorite Dish: My two favorite dishes are the buffalo meatloaf and the chicken fried chicken. Both served with mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, and corn bread. Its always hot and it always tastes good. Add a strawberry lemonade and you have a perfect meal (or two - there is usually leftovers).
