  Killing Fields
by Blatherwick

There are two sights that have to be seen in Cambodia. One is Angkor and the other is the Killing Fields at Choeng Ek. Here, over 40,000 people died during the Khmer Rouge era. A stupa exists with 17 levels of human skulls. The most disturbing thing though are the bits of bone and cloth that still exist and continue to come up.

Directions: 17 km south of the city. Take a moto.
