The Polar Museum is another museum dedicated to Arctic life. it's tiny and traditional, but very informative. It's modestly located in an old preserved and protected customs building in the `Skansen` area. It has exhibitions about polar life, explorers and hunters/hunting. While Polaria is more about the beauty of Arcitc life, this museum is mainly about the hardships of living above the Arctic circle
