South Africa is observor / watching sports crazy, cricket, rugby, soccer tops the list;
but if tyou're from East Africa, the Marathons are high up,
others too, yet it was
swimming that provided the shocking excitement, a GOLD medal !!!
" " the men's 4x100m freestyle relay.
South Africa's Ryk Neethling, Roland Schoeman, Darian Townsend and Lyndon Ferns swam superbly to set a world record of three minutes 13.17 seconds. " "

Equipment: any weekend in africa, there is certainly sports activities galore.

i fenced at university
useless at school, hated and loved cross country, had weak lungs and legs,
was always the last to get back to the showers at boarding school in the Natal midlands

Address: Athens Olympic games - of course
Directions: your own TV set at home or the computer you're working on
Theme: Sports Watching
