This restaurant is apparently run by another branch of the Crockett family, and they have a web page with pictures and menus.

The web page says in part:

The Channel Marker Restaurant has a seating capacity of 135 persons. You have the option of enjoying the air-conditioned section of our restaurant or our air fresh Crab Deck...

"The Island welcomes visitors year round; but, the best time to visit is from Memorial Day Weekend until mid October"

It is open seven days a week, and also has a gallery of art associated with it.

From time to time specials include; Stuffed Jumbo Shell with Creamy Crabment, Crabcake Sandwich with a Cup of Soup, Stuffed Softshell Crabs with Two Sides, Fried Jumbo Shrimp with Two Sides, Hamburger Steak with Mashed Potatoes. (see photos 4 and 5 for specials of the day)

Noted painter, philospher, outdoor enthusiast and skillful teacher, Willie Crockett invites you to experience with him the gracefulness and life on and around the Chesapeake Bay.
Willie speaks with the strong dialect of his native Tangier Island and paints with equal strength of his life-long, intimate knowlege of the Chesapeake. Many consider his paintings as among the most honest and moving portrayals of the Bay's drama and beauty

Favorite Dish: We walked back to the Channel Marker for dinner about 6. We knew this was one of the few places that was open after the last ferry went back and Hilda Crocketts' last service is at five.

At first it didn't seem to be open, but eventually we were seated (although the sign said 6-8 kids
only 8-10 adults only). They gave us a small loaf of bread with honey butter. The bread was almost toast - it seemed like it had been reheated multiple times.

Bob had one of the specials - crabcake sandwich with a cup of vegetable crab soup for $12.95 (photo 2). The soup looked excellent. I had crab meat sauteed in butter with cole slaw and green beans for $15.99 from the regular menu (photo 3). It was very good.

The menu says "IN MEMORY of JONATHAN - July 12, 1972 - August 14, 06
Opened in His Memory On March 30 2007"

Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday (11 am 2 pm - Nights 5 pm-10 pm). Saturday night - 11pm/Sunday 12:30-6 pm. Nights 8-10 pm
