City Mondial has so many wondeful places - shops, museums, cafes, restaurants... you name it. The "Scallywags" is another place that was introduced by Sandra (Mique). It is a very tiny English tearoom that serves, probably, the best breakfasts in town!
Didn't try the scones myself, but by if you see the faces of people that eat them, you'll realize that they taste really good.
The specialty of Scallywags is definitely the ommlettes, my choice was with spinach, cheddar cheese and herbs, if you're there give it a try!!!
If you happened to be at Scallywags during the Spring/Summer time then you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the home made ice tea. We tried two, kiwi and srawberry, it was really good.
Service is good, the personnel is very friendly and helpfull and the nice decirations add to the wonderful atmosphere as well.
