School has never been this much fun! Dadarski's Dinner, owned and run by Stefan Dadarski, is a unique cooking school that maintains the ambience of a restaurant.

You learn, you cook, you laugh, you all dine together on amazing dishes. The night I was there, the theme was traditional German cuisine- with a nouvelle twist.

Favorite Dish: Some of the innovative German dishes Stefan prepared were sauerkraut with seared tuna, a warm raspberry-bacon salad that was amazing, plus an array of appetizers, main courses and a dessert that 'took the cake,' a berry purée (Rote Grüze) with ginger and cream.
