Obviously as St. Patrick is Ireland's national saint, and he is buried, this would make Down Cathedral a must-see for religious tour groups.

There was an ancient prophecy back in Celtic times that 3 saints would be buried together in Downpatrick, which was fulfilled in the 12th century. St. Brigid and St. Colmcille are buried in the same graveyard as St. Patrick.

Address: South-east of Belfast.
Directions: Downpatrick, Co. Down.
