Dataran Lang (Eagle Square) This is a port of entry for the visitors coming to Langkawi by sea. Ideal place for relaxing and post prandial walks for tourists as it is well lighted during the night time and is quite breezy during the evening hours. The square is characterized by a big statue of an Eagle facing the sea and poised to fly. The statue is very impressive and Langkawi gets its name from this eagle (Helang-Eagle, Kawi- Reddish brown). Eagle Square Situated just next to Kuah city at the south eastern edge of the island.

Address: South of Kuah City
Directions: Eagle Square Situated just next to Kuah city at the south eastern edge of the island.
