"Natural History Museum" London Things to Do Tip by novsco61

Natural History Museum is a must see for everybody who is interested in nature and who wants to know more about human development. The museum is very large so be aware that you'll need at least 4 hours to go thru all the galleries. The building itself is beautiful with vitrages and interesting sculptures.

The galleries are divided into :

- The Life Galleries
- The Earth Galleries
- The Darwin Centre
- The Wildlife Garden

There is also a shop, where you can left a lot of money if child insist on buying .
My daughter was most impressed by Dinosaurs and the simulation of Japan earthquake.

Opening times :

Monday-Saturday 10.00-17.50
Sunday 11.00-17.50
Last admission is at 17.30

Entry is free

Don't forget to take the Floor Plan at the entrance.
