"Kew Gardens" Royal Botanic Gardens (Kew) Tip by novsco61

Royal Botanic Gardens (Kew), London: 52 reviews and 99 photos

Unfortunately I had bad luck with weather so I saw only a small part of the gardens, but it was worth seeing them. I saw only Palm House and temperate House, but there are many other houses and places to see. There is also a small Aquarium in the basement of the Palm House.

The Gardens cover over 120 hectares, so you need many hours to go all around the Gardens. The plants are really gorgeous and I'm really sad I didn't see them all.

On 3 July 2003 the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew was officially inscribed on the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
