Personally, I enjoyed my stroll round the lake, but if an hour's walk is not your thing, there is a tourist train that will whisk you round taking in all the fabulous sights. There are stops dotted around the path (see photo)
It runs in nice weather, every day from 10.00 to 18.00 every 45 minutes. The times are posted on the stops, and the ticket costs SIT 600 for adults and SIT 400 for children.
