What to buy: Getrockneter Wupperschlamm means dried mud of the Wupper river and it is delicious :-)

In other places in Germany they call it gingerbread, and you only get it around Christams (startinginSeptember..). But you get Wupperschlamm in the Bergisches Land region throughout the year, during festivals and in souvenir shops! Yummiiiiii!!!!
