"Lost-cost airlines." Thailand Transportation Tip by beebah

It started from last year or something. For the low-cost airlines in Thailand. Mostly fly to popular destinations such as Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Phuket, and some less popular places such as Ubonratchathani, Korat..etc

But it's worth checking. As far as I know there're several airlines they offer cheap flights around Thailand and to some other destination in South East Asia.

1 Air Asia
Most popular one for now. Domestic and international fights available (To Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore,etc)

1 Orient-thai
Less popular. But can see their promotions on newspaper every now and then. Fly to Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Phuket, Hat Yai,HongKong,Singapore..and more

1 Nok Air
Subsidiary of Thai Airways (or something) and Nok means bird. Haven't seen much news from them. But supposed to be some surprises. (I heard that tthe owner he's quite unique...like..he picked air-hostess every of them named "Nok" but I think this must be a joke)
