  Curte de Arges Train Station
by SanguiniA

Curte de Arges is a really pleasant village, quite 'modern' in comparison with other villages I have seen in Romania. It is an excellent base to explore Vlad Tepes's/Dracula's Castle a few km away. Anywhere within the village is basically within walking distance, and taxis if needed are really cheap. The main road is really pretty, with a backdrop of nice cafes and shaded by the trees. The train station is an architectural sight in itself (see picture).

Attractions within Curtea de Arges include: The ruins of the Princely Court in the village centre; the county Museum (opposite to the entrance of the Court); and the Curtea De Arges Monastery (about 1km from the centre).

More information regarding getting to Curtea De Arges from Bucharest, transport to the ruins of Dracula Castle and transport from Curtea de Arges to Brasov is in the Transportation section.

Address: To the North of Pitesti
