Meditarraneo: "Holds title of "My Absolute Favorite"" Mediterraneo Tip by chodearm

Mediterraneo, New York City: 1 reviews and 0 photos

There aren't many restaurants that I can say is the best NY has to offer. I very rarely venture above 34th street, but usually when I succumb its for this establishment. NY has a million options but there is a sea of mediocre places, most of the time you leave with a feeling that your money you spent didn't match the taste. Meditarraneo's menu is impressive and not that highly priced. They have outdoor dining and they just recently expanded the interior. They make brickoven pizzas, fishies from the Medittaranen and hand made pastas that I just can never abandon. All waitstaff is direct implants from Italy so you get to hear the accent as they stumble over english pronunciation. Seriously perfect! Four ravioli's!

Favorite Dish: Papadelle anna anatra, the handmade pasta with duck meat ragu.
