Favorite thing: We only had to use an ATM once and that was located at the airport past customs in the arrivals hall. I couldn't remember the conversion rate so I took out more than I needed which that lasted us for the entire trip, paid for everything except the hotel in cash-buses, meals, souvenirs, museum admissions.

Most everything is so cheap that you would pay in cash so don't plan on using your credit card often.

Most mid to high range hotels accept credit cards.
