I donīt eat pork, or veal.. this shouldnīt be a problem, but you would be surprised at how difficult it is to find food here that does not contain one of the two.
Solomillo is a VERY common meat dish, and it is made of either Pork (cerdo) or veal.
You really have to ask what is and isnīt pork, just assume just about everything is.. this is what I have learned. 90% of the meat items on a tapas menu are pork... the other are veal, and a couple of chicken things...
Chicken here is good, especially with sauce.. if you can find it..
I eat a lot of fish.. its better for you, and its fresh here. PAPAS BRAVAS! good stuff, although the mayonaise has eggs (we over look this.) All potato dishes are very good.

Favorite Dish: I like Papas Bravas, anything with Ailoili.
