This restaurant has a very old tradition, it is a family business that survived many decades by providing excellent food.
Here you can smell the winds of Adriatic sea, cold breeze from the Alps, you'll hear Italian language and feel la dolce vita. Located by the old main road connecting Ljubljana and Koper, this place is still surviving although the super modern highway has affected their business. But still there are people who would drive a few extra kilometers to enjoy good food. Among most frequent visitors are bikers - the old road with gentle curves and lovely scenery is a perfect playground for their horse-powers.

Favorite Dish: The daily menu this time offered variety of food based on Asparagus - very popular local vegetable available during spring.
I even ate the asparagus ice cream!!! Very good, mild, between salty ands sweet, served with white wine jelly.
