The ferry ride itself was quite an experience. The ride can be rough, but quite fun! If you sit on the top deck you are almost guaranteed to get wet. The ride is about an hour and a half each way, but you will pass by several other islands in the archipelago and it makes for some beautiful views. When you get to Culebra you will see a few tourist shops and several taxis lined up to take you to the airport (where you can rent scooters) or Flamenco Beach. The island is uncommercialized and their are only a few main roads (mostly dirt roads). Catch a taxi to Flamenco Beach, which is one of the top ten beaches in the world! Snorkel, wade in the crystal clear warm waters, and soak up the sun on this amazing locale! If you decide to stay overnight their are a few guest houses and even camping by Flamenco Beach. Put on your snorkel mask and fins and dive in their is a lot to see!

Address: Off the Eastern coast of Puerto Rico
Directions: The ferry terminal is located in Fajardo. Ask for directions, because it can be a little tricky to get there.
