"Hohe Salve new Gondola" Söll Transportation Tip by sandysmith

The Hohe Salve summit is now more easily reached (and more comfortably if its wet and windy!) since a new eight-seater gondola, with a capacity of 1600 persons per hour opened in December 2000. This replaced the ancient one-seater chairlift, which rattled its way up to the top. Guess its better for the skiers in winter too!
