The Spanish Steps themselves are fun to hang out on, but for a completely different atmosphere, check out this small, quiet museum just to the right of the steps. It is full of letters, portraits, and other possessions of the Romantic poets. From the room where John Keats died, the view from the window overlooks the crowded steps.
